phyata's services are strictly for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum gambling age requirement for the Philippines. phyata does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If phyata becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, such data will be deleted immediately, the associated account will be suspended, and any funds deposited will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's procedures for underage gambling incidents.

phyata's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by systems located outside the Philippines — for example, by international game technology providers or cloud infrastructure partners.
