These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phyata platform and all services provided therein. By registering an account or using any phyata service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.
phyata ("the Company") operates an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phyata.app and related subdomains (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform offers casino games, live dealer games, bingo, slot games, and sports betting services to eligible players in the Philippines.
The Company operates under and in compliance with the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Each individual may hold only one (1) phyata account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within thirty (30) days may be cancelled and the funds returned to the player's phyata wallet balance pending further verification.
Currency: All phyata transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
phyata offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page of the Platform at the time the offer is active. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Where an account is suspended or closed by phyata for a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no violations are present, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

All content on the phyata Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the phyata brand name and logo, are the intellectual property of phyata or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phyata Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights, titles, or interests in phyata's intellectual property are transferred to the player by virtue of this licence.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phyata content without the prior written consent of phyata.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phyata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
phyata's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phyata's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phyata collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
By registering an account with phyata, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in phyata's Privacy Policy. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a player and phyata, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as the primary regulatory authority.
Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For consumer disputes, players also have the right to file a complaint with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or relevant consumer protection authorities.
phyata reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the phyata Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using phyata's services and request account closure.
